All the things we have to remember to do for ourselves and also all the things we have to remember to do for our families, or friends or work. Planning ahead to make sure all the things that are expected of us will be done. Hoping that we will succeed but worrying about the dire consequences of not succeeding.

It all feels a bit frantic, overwhelming, daunting and sometimes completely impossible.

Wouldn’t it be so nice to calmly cope with whatever comes our way. Making clear decisions about what is achievable and being aware of what can wait or what can be discarded.
